About PageFly

PageFly is the #1 page builder for Shopify. With an increasing number of customers, we are looking to expand our remote customer support team. PageFly is the #1 page builder for Shopify. With an increasing number of customers, we are looking to expand our remote customer support team.

About the job
  • The work is 100% online.
  • The candidate can be located anywhere in the world as long as can take requested shifts.
Responsibilities
  • Educate users. 
  • Give feedback.
  • Keep communication with team members.
  • Handle page creating / editing cases
  • Fix visual issues via HTML / CSS code.
Working hours

Support team is working based on shifts covering 24/7. Each shift can last 2 or 3 hours depending on the time of the shift. At least 2 shifts / day are required.

Training program

Once we agreed on the shifts, you will need to pass an appropriate training program designed specifically for each position.

Requirements
  • Empathy, Patience, Hardworking.
  • Self management, multitasking skills & ability to work under pressure.
  • Communication skill.
  • Attention to details.
  • Proficiency in English reading, writing and speaking.
  • Good understanding about eCommerce and Shopify.
  • Experience with customer support job.
  • Basic knowledge of HTML / CSS.
