These policies apply to all users participating in our survey program.

1. Qualified Survey Responses

To be considered a qualified survey response and eligible for the incentive, respondents must meet the following criteria:

  • Genuine Feedback: The survey response should provide genuine and constructive feedback about the user's experience with PageFly.
  • Installation Duration: The user must have kept PageFly installed for at least 48h before participating in the survey. This helps us gather insights from users who have had a meaningful experience with our platform.
  • Value-added Feedback: The survey response should include valuable insights, suggestions, or comments that contribute to our understanding of how to enhance the user experience. Responses that are overly brief or lack meaningful content may be considered ineligible.

2. Incentive Eligibility

PageFly offers a certain amount of incentive to express our gratitude for your time and insights. To qualify for the incentive, respondents must fulfill the following conditions:

  • Genuine Responses: The survey response must meet the criteria mentioned in the "Qualified Survey Responses" section above.
  • Single Response: Each respondent is eligible for the incentive only once. Multiple responses from the same respondent will not result in additional incentives.
  • Valid Contact Information: Respondents must provide valid contact information for incentive distribution. Inaccurate or incomplete contact details may lead to forfeiture of the incentive.

3. Exclusion of Ineligible Responses

The following cases are considered ineligible and may not qualify for the survey incentive:

  • Immediate Churn: Responses from users who uninstall PageFly within the first day or shortly after installation will not be eligible for the incentive.
