About PageFly

About the job
- The work is 100% online.
- The candidate can be located anywhere in the world as long as can take requested shifts.
Responsibilities
- Educate users.
- Give feedback.
- Keep communication with team members.
- Handle page creating / editing cases
- Fix visual issues via HTML / CSS code.
Working hours
Support team is working based on shifts covering 24/7. Each shift lasts 3 hours. At least 7 shifts / week are required.
Training program
Once we agreed on the shifts, you will need to pass an appropriate training program designed specifically for each position.
Requirements
- Empathy, Patience, Hardworking.
- Self management, multitasking skills & ability to work under pressure.
- Communication skill.
- Attention to details.
- Proficiency in English reading, writing and speaking.
- Good understanding about eCommerce and Shopify.
- Experience with customer support job.
- Basic knowledge of HTML / CSS.
