How we measure customer happiness

After we support customers, their experiences will be recorded in this report via reviews they rate. This report collects our last 100% ratings we got from our PageFly customers.

What do they mean?

Each review of our customers will show their level satisfaction: very satisfied (green happy face); good (yellow flat-line face) and not good (red frown face). The report shows how we are doing on bring satisfaction to customers.

Why is the report public?

We set a high standard for ourselves on delivering excellent support to our PageFly customers so that we want our customer ratings to be public and transparent.
