1. Listing fee

Everytime you list an item on Etsy, regardless of whether it sells or not, Esty will take a small flat fee of $0.20 per listing.

2. Transaction fee

3. Payment processing fee

This is where things get tricky. If you use Paypal, they usually charges the standard 2.9% plus $0.30 for each transaction. But if you use Etsy payments, this numbers can range between 3% and 6.5% per sold item, varied by countries. Here're some flat rate in different regions:  

• In the US: 3% + 0.25 USD.
• In the UK: 4% + 0.20 GBP.
• In Canada: 3% for dosmestics and US orders, 4% for international orders. Plus 0.25 CAD.
• In Australia: 3% for dosmestics orders, 4% for international orders. Plus 0.25 AUD.
• In EU countries (Germany, France, Netherlands, Turkey, etc): 4% + 0.30 EUR.
• In Japan: 6% + 0.30 USD.

Unlike the transaction fee, this fee also counts regional-specific fee such as VAT, other taxes, government charges and levies into the total sale price.

4. Ads fee
