Which plan includes the Sales funnel?

The Optimize plan and above. Below it the screen still opens and runs on sample data, so you can see the report before you buy it. Stores on PageFly's older pricing plans keep access to it.

Where do I find the Shopify sales funnel in the app?

Open Analytics and choose the Sales funnel tab. The chart card on that screen is headed Conversion Funnel.

Does it measure my whole store, or only the pages I built with PageFly?

Only the pages you built with PageFly. Sessions, product views and add-to-carts are counted when a shopper is on a PageFly page, and revenue is attributed through the line items those pages created. A visitor who browses your theme and never opens a PageFly page is a session in Shopify and not in PageFly, which is why this conversion rate and the one in Shopify admin are different numbers measuring different things.

Are the numbers exact?

They are close, not exact. Each step is counted with an approximate counter and then held at or below the step before it, so the funnel always reads downward. The breakdown of how people checked out is rebuilt on a schedule and can run up to four hours behind.

Do I need Google Analytics or a tracking script?

Neither. The data comes from a Shopify web pixel that PageFly installs for you, so it runs inside Shopify with nothing pasted into your theme.

What do I do once I know where the drop is?

Start with the step showing the biggest gap. PageFly Heatmaps show what shoppers on that page actually reach, and AI Page Checkup scores the page and names what to change.
