TL;DR
PageFly now builds the article pages in a ResourceHub library. In ResourceHub, you choose Create with PageFly, design the post with drag and drop or a FlyMate AI draft, and publish. The article goes live as a Shopify blog post on your own domain, and ResourceHub attaches it to your resource on its own. No copy and paste.
- ResourceHub runs the library: documents, videos, articles and links, organized and searchable.
- PageFly designs the article: guides, how-tos, application notes and FAQs.
- Edit in PageFly reopens the exact post when something changes.
- Best for B2B and documentation-heavy Shopify stores with product guides, spec sheets and buyer docs.
B2B buyers rarely order from a product page alone. They read installation guides, compare spec sheets and check buyer docs first. On many Shopify stores, that content sits in PDFs or plain blog posts that are hard to scan on a phone and hard to keep up to date.
ResourceHub organizes those documents into a searchable resource library on your store. Now PageFly builds the article pages in it. Below is the setup, step by step with screenshots, plus what to publish and how to write articles buyers actually use.

Why B2B Shopify stores need a resource library
A B2B order is often a team decision. An engineer checks the spec sheet. A buyer checks compatibility. An installer wants the guide before the parts arrive. If they can't find those answers on your store, they email your sales team or buy somewhere else.
Most stores already have the content. The problem is the format:
- PDFs are hard to read on a phone and easy to lose in a downloads folder.
- Plain blog posts get scattered across the blog and lose the link to the product they describe.
- Guides sent from a support inbox help one customer at a time.
A Shopify resource center fixes the findability part: one library, organized by category, type and product, that buyers can search. The article itself still has to be a page people want to read. That's where ResourceHub and PageFly split the job.
What ResourceHub and PageFly each do
ResourceHub runs the library. PageFly designs the article. Each article is a Shopify blog post, built in PageFly and listed in your library.
| ResourceHub: the library | PageFly: the article |
|---|---|
| Searchable library of documents, videos, articles and links | Rich article pages, no developer needed |
| Organized by category, type, tag and language | FlyMate AI drafts the article, you edit it |
| Resources linked to products and SKUs | Drag-and-drop editor with sections, tables and FAQs |
| Public or private library | Publishes to your Shopify blog, on your own domain |
PageFly is rated 4.9 from 5,900+ reviews on the Shopify App Store and is trusted by 230,000+ Shopify merchants.
ResourceHub is rated 5.0 on the Shopify App Store and carries the Built for Shopify badge. ResourceHub says its document library is trusted by Panasonic, Uniden and Walker Edison.
How to create a ResourceHub article with PageFly
Before you start: install both apps on the same Shopify store. Get ResourceHub on the Shopify App Store, then install PageFly. Create with PageFly appears in ResourceHub under Article, Create a new blog post.
Step 1. Start in ResourceHub
In ResourceHub, click Add resource and pick Article as the format. Choose Create a new blog post, pick the blog the article should live in, then click Create with PageFly. Category, tags and product links are set here, in ResourceHub, so the article is filed correctly from the start.

Step 2. Build the article in PageFly
PageFly opens on the blog you picked, with a "Started from ResourceHub" banner at the top so you know where the post will go. You have two ways to build it:
- Start with a FlyMate AI draft. Describe the article, for example "a hydraulic fitting installation guide with a parts table and safety notes". FlyMate AI drafts the structure, and you make it yours.
- Build it with drag and drop. Add headings, images, tables, FAQs and saved sections one block at a time.
Add the post title before you publish. PageFly builds the post URL from the title, so a title first gives you a clean URL.

Step 3. Publish and land back in ResourceHub
Click Publish. PageFly publishes the article as a blog post on your store and sends you back to ResourceHub. The post is already attached to your resource, and the resource is Active. You don't paste a URL anywhere.
The article is now listed in your library and live on your own domain. Publishing is what links the post: a saved draft isn't added to the resource until you publish it.

Edit an article later with Edit in PageFly
Specs change. Firmware gets updated. A guide needs a new step. Open the resource in ResourceHub and click Edit in PageFly. PageFly opens that exact post, so you update the live article instead of starting a new one. Make the change and publish again.

What to publish in your Shopify B2B resource library
Go beyond PDFs. These are the article types B2B stores create with PageFly and organize with ResourceHub. Each one is a page customers can read on any device and find in your library or from a product page.
- Guides. Shopify product guides that help customers choose and set up the right products: buying guides, comparisons, installation instructions and assembly guides.
- How-tos and tutorials. Step-by-step instructions for setup, maintenance, troubleshooting and common repairs.
- Application notes. How your products work in specific applications, including methods, operating conditions and results.
- Case studies. How customers use your products to solve real problems, with their setup and results.
- News. New products, improvements, firmware updates and discontinued items.
- FAQs. Answers on compatibility, specifications, ordering, installation and support.
Tips for resource articles buyers actually use
- Add the title first. PageFly builds the URL from the title when you publish. A clear title gives you a clean, searchable URL.
- Lead with the answer. Say what the article covers and who it's for in the first two lines. A buyer scanning on a phone decides fast.
- Put specs in tables. Buyers compare part numbers, sizes and ratings. A table is easier to scan than a paragraph.
- Let FlyMate AI draft, then check every fact. AI is quick at structure. You know the torque values, the part numbers and the safety notes. Review them before you publish.
- Reuse sections. Save a parts table, a safety-notes block or a "need help?" footer as a section in PageFly, and drop it into every guide. Every guide looks consistent.
- Link the resource to products in ResourceHub. Buyers often find a guide from the product page, not the library. Linking both ways puts the answer where they already are.
What ResourceHub says
"Our B2B clients already had great documents and educational content, but it was all over the place, in folders, in the cloud, on different pages of their store, or stuck in plain blog posts. We saw an opportunity to change that. ResourceHub brings all of it together in one library, organized and searchable. And now with PageFly, those plain posts become rich application notes, buying guides and how-tos, right there in the same library."

FAQ
Do I need both ResourceHub and PageFly?
Yes. ResourceHub and PageFly both need to be installed on the same Shopify store. Start with ResourceHub on the Shopify App Store, then install PageFly.
Where does my article live?
As a blog post on your own Shopify store, in the blog you picked in ResourceHub, on your store's domain. The setup guide shows where to pick the blog.
Can my PageFly articles show on product pages too?
Yes. Link the article to products and variants in ResourceHub, and it shows in the ResourceHub block on the product page, next to that product's manuals, spec sheets, videos and links. Each resource also displays related resources connected to SKUs, so a customer reading an installation guide finds the matching manual and video.
Do I have to copy the URL back into ResourceHub?
No. When you publish in PageFly, you go back to ResourceHub and the post is already attached to your resource. See how ResourceHub and PageFly work together.
Can I edit the article later?
Yes. Click Edit in PageFly on the resource and PageFly opens that post. Edit, then publish again. The setup guide covers editing step by step.
What if I don't add a title?
The post still publishes. PageFly builds the URL from the title when you publish, so add a title first for a clean URL. More tips are in the setup guide.
Does it count toward my PageFly plan?
Blog posts built in PageFly follow your PageFly plan. See the PageFly pricing page for what your plan includes.
Who do I contact for help?
Library and resource settings: ResourceHub support. Building and publishing the article: PageFly support. Start with the setup guide in the PageFly Help Center.
